The station is very functional for us tourists. It is clean and easy to get around. Plenty of stores and food here. The info center personnel speaks English well and gave us clear direction. If you have a baby with a stroller all you need to do is just go past the turnstile- no hassle - also if you have luggage. Also easy for strollers and luggages to get on the train as the train-platform gap is level. The trains are on schedule and journey is almost as exact as displayed on the info monitor.
